  Nice place, beautiful room, nice staff. The views from the room are amazing, in the clear days you can see the Osorno Volcano! They have a big spa area, semi olympic pool which was very nice to swim in, cool hot jacuzzi tub, sauna which I didn’t use. The gym very poorly equipped: a spin bike, a small treadmill, 3 sets of light weights ,3 big balls and yoga mats. The restaurant has great views. Breakfast was included, self help bar style. Lunch and dinner menus have only 2 choices for appetizers,2 choices for main menu and 2 for dessert. It is hard for vegan/vegetarians to find something to eat. Last morning they offered to bring us breakfast in the room before we left. We got some basics :OJ, coffee, bread,butter,honey, small portions of fresh fruit, one small portion of granola with yogurt (not enough for two people), ham and cheese (I don’t eat processed meat).

  My wife and I stayed at Hotel Awa for several nights in November. Had an amazing experience. The hotel and location are absolutely beautiful, and the service was fantastic. Everyone we encountered was extremely gracious, helpful, and kind.

  Cuenta con una vista directa al volcán, 25 km apartado de Puerto Varas ideal para relajarse, muy buena atencion.
  
  Su infraestructura es impecable en los detalles, de gran calidad.
  
  Por mejorar: De noche no tiene atencion o nochero, falta sumar soporte para deportes acuáticos y computadores..siempre útiles para chequearse en el avión, también potenciar servicios en el hotel.
