Achei o café da manhã muito bom. As instalações são antigas e poderiam estar um pouco melhor conservadas, mas encarei como uma experiência Vintage e foi boa.

Excellent location but too expensive for what it offers. "Good food" in the buffet, regular drinks and rooms that need to be updated, time has done its job.

Great view of the black beach from the sports bar and they had a happy hour with 2 for 1 Pisco Sours and Mojitos. Cheapest Pisco I had in Chile and still very good. I would absolutely visit again.

The good:
Location is priceless. The room has a full kitchen, but without an oven. One can save a lot of money by cooking or you can just walk across the park where pubs and restaurants start appearing.
The bad:
The noise! Any noise that occurs bounces and feels like being inside a speaker. When cleaning crews push their cleaning carts and/or vacuums on another part of the floor, you hear them as if they were right outside your door. As the apartments are very family friendly, there are kids playing around. Kids playing and making noise is something normal, but the noise bounces around so much that it feels like they’re pranking you by playing outside the room (which is not the case). Also, when stuff falls on the upper floors, you can hear them loud and clear, almost identifiable by the noise. Ideally if you can start the day early to avoid these noises and/or not be awoken by them, better.
I personally like very hot water in the shower, but with luck it got lukewarm after leaving the water running for over 10 minutes (what a waste!). The first 2 days (we stayed 6 nights) the room was very hot. We thought we’d die of heat. Considering that outside was very cold this was very nice initially. Sadly this did not last over the week, where the heaters got cold. Luckily we took an electric heater as we did not know there was central heating. I know it’s low season, but don’t go overboard with shutting down the heat on cold season!response / report this review -

Good in general but they charge you for everything. If you want to go to the swimming pool you can only go with a rubber hat otherwise you can't. They charge you 4 euros/dolars for one. And its only because their shower at the pool doesn't work.

This hotel has terrible service. I strongly recommend not staying in this hotel. The location is excellent but you can stay in many other options close by and still enjoy the same location. Terrible food, Terrible service to the point where room service is simply not done.
