  Llegamos a allá, el estacionamiento era un patio muy pequeño, donde los vehículos quedaban muy juntos e incómodos. Me sentí desepcionaada ya que en las fotos de las habitaciones que publicidan se vé más grande y no concuerda con la realidad, las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Te restringen el agua que vas a ocupar en la ducha, no puedes darte baños de tina, la cual muestran en sus fotos.la habitación que nos dieron daba hacia la calle, era muy ruidoso y poco íntimo. Por lo anterior, decidimos irnos del lugar a otro hotel.
  Además por haber dado mi opinión en la página de facebook de ellos, me respondieron de forma agresiva y descalificadora. No lo recomiendo para nada.

  This hostel is right on an outstanding sightseeing place. The view is awesome. Also, the service is excellent.

  The view was very nice from our room but after staying at a cheaper hotel in Pucon we found the other places service and value to be much higher. Frontera does not serve breakfast until 9am and they make no exceptions to this rule per their rules they give you. The other place we stayed at specially made us breakfast to go when they going out we were leaving early to go hiking. They also do not turn on the heat unless the temperature meets some arbitrary guidlines. The next place we stayed at turned on the heat immediately for us without us asking. They do not offer laundry at the hostel either like many do. Nose carries very heavily in this place, you will clearly hear everyone going up and down the stairs and every door shutting. The room was clean however and had nice hefty curtains. Good for sleepers who don't mind noise but are bothered by light. Rooms do not have a TV. Breakfast was good, typical sliced meat with cheese and bread plus yogurt, cereal and a pie type thing each day. They also have an espresso machine that's only available for breakfast. All in all a good place but there are better options in terms of services. The location is hard to beat though.

  Una experiencia increíble en este hostal! Leo es un excelente anfitrión, estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien y dando recomendaciones. Las habitaciones son fantásticas, enormes y muy cómodas. Margarita la mucama muy buena onda y sus desayunos son maravillosos y abundantes. Sin dudas cuando vuelva a Pucón me alojaré allí

  Hotel simples mas aconchegante. Fomos muito bem atendidos de modo que me senti em casa. Já que chegamos o Leo (dono do hotel) passou excelentes dicas da cidade e locais turísticos.

  Hostel muito bom. Fiquei 4 dias para conhecer a regiao de Villarica e Pucón e não há do que reclamar, localização ótima, quarto com sacada grande e com vista para o vulcão Villarica, ótimo café da manhã e boa estrutura de cozinha.
