January 21 2017. 2pm.
I walked into this place, and I was about to sit down and order a juice at the counter. The guy behind the counter didn't see me. He was kneeling down in front of one of those small fridges and taking some of the sliced oranges out of the fridge; the oranges were in a plastic container. As he was removing those sliced oranges out of the container, he accidentally spilled some and they fell on the floor. He put them right back into that container with the clean orange slices, put the lid on the container, and put the container back into the fridge. Then he got up and realized I was there.
I looked at the guy asked him if he had just spilled those oranges on the floor, he said yes and that he was gonna put them into the garbage.
Yeah right.
You don't put sliced oranges that were just on the floor back into the container with clean orange slices that weren't, unless you're intending to keep the whole lot.
I smiled and walked out of the place. Kind of a bummer because it looked like a cozy place with yummy organic food.
Skipped the juice, and this place altogether.
