  The real hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. so that they do not fall into misinformation from the incompetent, the call center insists that it is until 5 p.m., they send messages 20 minutes before they close and make you go through a door of the house, terrible, zero Consideration with clients who also have to obtain safe conduct for nothing. One is supposed to pay "home" for something.

  A lot of louts disguised as Chilean couriers did not attend to me, disrespect of the supposed head of the premises, they are all intimidated by that guy, no one wanted to speak, he did not give names besides that the request was 4 days late for me, all those out, bring people who are excellent friendly not to that plague of guys who hate their job or role, the only ones who really represent the Chilean post office are the postmen who are walking in the street

  Terrible !!!! I received an email, that my order was on its way, another email arrived almost at a time, they did not find me since they did not call me, they sent my orders from vineyard to valpo, 2 weeks have passed and something and still nothing, I organize myself because I have Small children, I go and the wea closed being that they have sent me 2 text messages with the schedules, I went today and the wea closed, I ask for the phone and they were there but they could not attend us, days before my partner went to look for a parcel Right there, with my card, because I'm sick and nothing In times of pandemic point one, put the weas of schedule accordingly, even here in Google it is wrong, secondly, do not send messages or mails weones, that misinform more over the girl on the phone said. For times of pandemic that is the schedule .. weon we are almost in September and they still do not fix the schedule so that in times of pandemic uni does not go out for a walk !!! Two fingers at front !!!

  Compre al extranjero cosa que en 10 dias llego al pais pero LLEVO 3 MESES ESPERANDO ademas de que el servicio es un asco total aparte de que ni siquiera saben si mi paquete esta o no EN EL MISMO LUGAR!!
  
  Realmente deberia existir otra empresa aparte de estas basuras de correos que de por si la atencion demuestra lo cancerigeno que es la empresa
  
  PD: Si usted compra y ve que correos de chile agarro su pedido preparese para pasar rabias y muy probablemente tener el pedido dañado

  Horrible servicio, de Septiembre esperando que llegue mi pedido y ahora no lo envían a domicilio siendo que uno cuando compra en el extranjero pone la dirección, llega a Valparaíso donde te dan una información y por fono te dan otra.

  lamentablemente se me extravió el "papel" que te entregan cuando no encuentran a alguien para una carta certificada, fui a correos de Vitoria y me responden que sin el código no pueden hacer nada. cómo puede existir esa clase de ineficiencia donde al parecer los sistemas no tienen relaciones con los datos en su base de datos, si la carta iba dirigida a mi dirección y nombre!!!? porque no filtrar la consulta con esos datos?. tecnología del siglo XXI aparece en correos de chile por favor

  El personal es amable y diligente. El único problema es que el espacio de atención a cliente es muy reducido, por lo que la atención tarda en ciertos horarios de la tarde, ya que se congestiona mucho. Por eso lo ideal es acudir temprano, o entre las 3 y 4 de la tarde.

  Pésimo servicio y horrible la sucursal, lenta la atención, una sola persona atendiendo al publico. Ademas el griterío interno es mas que desagradable, me toco un chillon que parece que es el supervisor, pidiendo a los trabajadores que llenen una encuesta, y otros gritando números en el interior. Incluso mientras esperaba sentado, paso una moto de entrgas frente a mi. Lamentablemente algunos utilizan este medio de entregas para encomiendas, pero es lejos mejor Chilexpress. Tampoco utilizan uniforme de trabajo, una verguenza de servicio y sucursal.

  Pésima atención! pague por un despacho a domicilio y no tenían personal para entrega. Tuve que acudir a la sucursal ya que si no retiraba lo enviarían de regreso al remitente. Mil veces prefiero la atención de chilexpress
