This is the worst customer experience of my life. They treat you like you are there begging for scraps. They don't speak English, actually told me to find someone to translate myself. There is a lady at the door with no manners who orders people around and just repeats the same words. Better to have a computer screen. After days of emailing and calling I came here to ask about my stolen luggage. They say they won't help me. I can not express how dissappointed and furious I am.

S-L-O-W. More than a ticket counter, it feels like the staff are social workers where others seek guidance and inspiration about life and travel destinations. Get your act together, people. Take a book so you won’t get bored while waiting.
