  What is wrong with this people? They are lying to us! They do not answer any of my calls! Im trying to communicate with them in order to get an appointment however noone is answer the phone! 15 calls and no answer? It is 6pm!!!! And they work until 9pm!!! Furthermore, I called an associated health center in paine (another santa catalina) and I got the amazing surprise that they do not work together and whatever the web page says.. it is a lie! Fake info in their wedpage and fake phone numbers!!!

  Buana alternativa medica. Lo malo la compra del Bono debes llegar entre 20 mintos antes para comprar Bono y luego esperar los medicos se atrasan. Otra odisea son los exámenes siempre llenísimo. Las enferemas muy buena atención pero la recepcionista de exámenes atención muy impersonal.

  Mala es la segunda vez que acompaño a mi hija a la gastroenteróloga y hemos esperado una eternidad no hay respeto por el paciente
  No se si estos comentarios los ve la persona indicada para que de solución a esta falta de respeto al paciente personalmente mi reclamo es por la gastroenteróloga

  mas o menos, deberian tener un mejor proceso de compra de bonos , es muy lento y hace poco eficiente la atencion . ademas cuando tengan un problema de sistemas local o con alguna isapre o fonasa, deberian avisarlo en alguna pantalla led. Deben megorar su getion para ser mas eficiente y tener una mejor persepcion de los clientes.
