  Terrible after-sales service they don't meet the deadlines nobody answers the phones it's been two months since I bought my house and they still haven't delivered it to me I'm indicating ONE WAS DON'T BUY IN SANTA MARIA HOUSE.

  I saw this place to buy a house of my own and see the prices of the houses, I was attended by a very friendly and cordial person, a young man named Alvaro Poblete, very consistent with all the attention and the nice young man gave me all the answers to what I asked and I was satisfied

  Tienen bastantes modelos de casas armados, pero hay otros lugares con mayor cantidad, variedad y mejores precios. A su favor la gente que trabaja en este lugar te asesora bien.
  
  No compré en este lugar porque encontré en otro lugar un modelo de casa que, a mi parecer, era mas atractivo y económico.
  
  Lo que contribuyó a que no comprara en este lugar es que al consultar si se podia pedir un muro ciego (sin rasgo de puerta y/o ventana) me dijieron que tenía costo adicional el modificar el diseño ($50.000- por cara rasgl omitido del diseño original).
