  Servicio bastante deplorable, con buses que servirían solo para trayectos cortos. Los precios al menos son accesibles.

  El 04 de Abril el Bus que salió de Melipeuco a Santiago, no cumple las condiciones del pasaje comprado. Se reclama tres veces a Igillaima y no se obtiene respuesta. Falta de respeto a los usuarios. Se cobra tarifa que no corresponde al servicio recibido.

  Comodos buses..el baño falta limpiarlo mas seguido en viajes largos.respetan horario de salidasiempre viajo en ellos a cipolletti.. deberia entregar la comida caliente¡..y arreglar la atencion telefonicano contestan o contestan de mala gana¡

  Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente por lo siguiente:
  
  1. LOS TELÉFONOS NUNCA FUNCIONAN.
  
  2. LAS ENCOMIENDAS SE PIERDEN Y NO SON RESPONSABLES EN LA LOGISTICA DE ELLO. (acabo perde perder una hoy entre lumaco-temuco).
  
  3. LOS BUSES SON ANTIGUOS Y SE QUEDAN EN PANA, ADEMAS DE QUEMAR ACEITE SIEMPRE POR LAS CALLES.
  
  4. SUS BAÑOS VAN PÉSIMO, SON SUCIOS NUNCA ASEO, EN BUSES Y EN SUCURSALES.
  
  5. LA CALIDAD DE ATENCION DE SUS AGENTES ES TERRIBLEMENTE MALA, NO SABES SI HABLAS UNA PERSONA O UN DELINCUENTE.
  
  Recomiendo a IGI LLAIMA en un -100%, sus dueños son una panda de tacaños.

  No gastan su dinero. Son borrachos criminales. Don't waste your money, they are drunken crooks.
  
  I booked our tickets but had to change them do to an emergency situation. Their policy is you can change it up to 4 hours before the trip. I called the number on their site to change the date on the tickets well in advance and a drunk guy answered. Neither my wife nor I could understand what he was saying and my wife is from South America. We both concluded this guy was very very drunk. The only answer we managed to get out of him after 2 calls was "Yes there is an office in Villarrica" and "yes, you should change your tickets" and of course he hung up on us.
  
  So we called the other number on the site, they gave us a completely different answer. Nope, no office there. Here's the Pucon number. We called twice, no one answered. We got a fax machine. So I emailed the company. Inbox full
  
  So I filed a complaint in paypal. They gave me an address but by the time they had answered with an address in Villarrica it was too late and they refused to refund the money. So I called the number listed in Paypal for them. They were absolutely no help.
  
  I'm still fighting them to get the money back.
  
  Llamé al número de teléfono que sale en su sitio web para cambiar los boletos pero mi esposa ni yo pudimos entenderle a la person que contestó. Me parece que el muy borracho.
  
  Traté a preguntarle si había una estacion de Igi Llaima en Villarrica. El dijo "si" y colgó. Llamé de nuevo y le pregunté como cambiar los boletos y dijo "si, cambialos" y pregunté si podemos en el internet, o en Villarrica y contestó lo mismo. Llamé al otro numero que sale en su sitio web y dijeron "no. No hay oficinas en Villarrica" y me dió el numero de la oficina en Pucon. Llamé 2 veces. Nadie contestó. De hecho, el sonido de la machina de fax sonó.
  
  Traté a contactarles por email. Su inbox era llana. Traté por paypal. Cuando finalmente me contacaron era demasiado tarde para cambiar la fecha y todavia no me devolvieron mi dinero y no contestan.
  
  Salió otro numero en paypal. Llame el numero. Igual no hicieron nada.
  
  Es una compañia de puras criminales y borrachos. Espero que lo conductores beban menos que los que contestan llamadas.

  Calidad mínima.
  Cobran por usar el baño, éste se encuentra muy deteriorado.
  Ambiente sucio. falta limpieza.
  falta uniforme para trabajadores del lugar, ya que hay personas externas llevando bolsos al interior para luego cobrarte.
  Faltas mayores de mantenimiento en infraestructura.
  
  Espero lean esta opinión.

  Expert drivers and very good bus from Pucon to San Martin in Argentina and return to Temuco. Great quality of main roads except for dirt road through Argentinean national park.
