I bought several of his classes online, since I live in Uruguay. I found them excellent! Both the teachers and the recipes, the quality of the video, the availability for consultations, everything. I recommend 100%!

The Christmas house course was excellent !!!!!!! The teacher tastes very good, very clear, her recipe is excellent, very good handling and very good information !!!!! It also looked perfect with the different cameras. And it is very practical for Jorge to comment on what people ask!

Brann Academy is wonderful, I took the basic and really useful cooking course, it covers many topics and delivers knowledge that is too important for cooking. And not only for those who work in the area of gastronomy, but for anyone who needs to improve techniques or get closer to the kitchen. In addition the products that are available are of incredible quality and at totally reasonable prices. Too recommendable!
