I've done the city tour, the Undurraga wine tour, Viña del Mar and Val Paraíso tour. The City tour with Marina was ok, although she bad mouthed all Brazilian people for Brazilians, the tour was 8/10. She answered questions. The wine tour was with Emilina was nice because of her, was a disaster because we had pick up two Brazilians at their hotel. Therefore we got stuck in traffic. We arrived late at winery, the tour had already started. The wine guide spoke with speech problems, she didn't speak naturally. I had the impression that she had memorized everything in advance. It didn't sound natural. She lacked experience. During the wine tasting only one out of four was good. Emilina was nice to us. She was patient and kind. The Viña del Mar tour was with José. Honestly he doesn't represent the company well. He is ironic, sarcastic, he makes fun of the clients in front of each other. As a tour guide myself, I'm obliged to say that he doesn't follow the company's guidelines. His English is not so good either.
