  We booked the cheapest room and turns out it had no windows. But that was the only inconvenient we had during our stay (and we also were offered to exchange rooms and pay the difference). The breakfast was amazing, with lots of food. The facilities were always clean and neat. The kitchen is small but it was enough for us to cook our meals and the balcony with tables to eat was beautiful. The location is uphill so a car or a taxi is a good choice to arrive and leave.

  Excelente lugar. Muy comodo, para poder comer y tener una vista hermosa en la terraza, desayunos increibles y muy buena gente la que trabaja en el hostel, haciendote sentir como en tu casa.

  El servicio fue extraordinario.
  
  Perdí la llave del hotel en un Uber y Patricio se quedó despierto hasta que regresamos al hotel desde Concón a media noche.
  
  El desayuno es muy rico, las camas son muy cómodas y el lugar está muy bien mantenido.
  
  Altamente recomendable.

  Excelente lugar. Muy bien ubicado, en pleno cerro castillo, tiene una vista privilegiada de la ciudad y la arquitectura de la casa es hermosa.
  Los dueños nos atendieron súper bien, fueron muy amables y nos dieron una cómoda acogida en su hostal, que está impecable.
