This place was recommended for good food, but it felt short of my expectations... The service was great, prices OK, but the food were either over cooked or under cooked.
Fish and poetry on the table. Good ceviches
Just ok. We came on Sunday night and they were out of crab and abalone. Camarones Pil-Pil - tiny portion and very little garlic (Gilindo across the street makes them so much better). Chupe was disgusting: very little fish and mostly sause for $13,900! Grilled gish was the best and least expensive dish. Overall just ok.
Delicious seafood at a great price. Good wine selection. Fast and friendly service, though all in Spanish. The crevice was outstanding, and triptico del azul, and puro Chile were also very good. Comfortable atmosphere.
Seafood Pudding (shrimp and crab) and beer were great, the rest of the dishes were weird (seafood rissoto and cevice). Great decorations!
Terrible service and horrible food. We would not return. And oh, very expensive too!
Good atmosphere, kind staff.
Ok food, not much ambience in a touristy setting
Tasty meals, good service. Sword fish was fantastic. Love this place!
Nice restaurant, the one we liked between several around the same block.
Tourist hot spot in Bellavista.
It does not represent a restaurant with 4 stars... maximum 2, high prices without originality, waiters did not dress properly and chewing gum, quite decadent.
Azul Profundo is our favourite restaurant in Santiago and we have tried several dishes from their menu. The machas, cerviche, empanadas, avalone are super delicious, just to pick a few.
It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and the service is generally very good with the waiters being very attentive. Only one time we experienced a waiter being inattentive. The ocean-theme is inspiring and it almost feels like Pablo Nerudas was behind the decoration.
Great seafood, location, and decor. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for.
