  Confirmed 5 days to deliver my order. 4 weeks later it isn't arrived.
  
  Customer care service don't care at all when you call them or write them e-mails.
  
  I can only recommand you to buy your material from serious swiss sellers like Brack or Digitec.

  Mixed feelings. On the one hand the store has many high demand articles available, like the iPhone 7, on the other hand I ordered one, and a chap on the online telephone service told me to come to pick it up same, but when I arrived the gadget I had ordered was not available!

  Quick and efficient service. Some of the latest gear are on display. Not too far from the train station for those on foot. The fifth star would have been for the little extra which I didn't see.

  Terrible customer service. Ordered something, and was sent the wrong item and informed them the day it arrived, no apologies and no response for several days now. Called again, was told there were no notes or records of my first call in their system. Now I have to wait even longer for them to call their distributor. Don't bother with microspot.ch. There are plenty of other better online stores.
