I'm new to auctions so I thought I'd desbribe my first experience LA GALERIE NUMISMATIQUE auctions using a site called Live Auctioneers. Being that I'm in the USA and they are located in switerland the customer service I received was excellent. They were very helpful in taking my payment and fixing a small issue with my order. I had won 4 lots but only received 3.. thru an error they resold it to someone else. I was fully credited back, however 1 of the 3 I did receive contained some mix matched items that weren't in the picture. The final 2 lots were as described but a bit pricey. At least they stood behind the problems and corrected them. I would do business again, just buyer beware!

Terrible service . Didn`t ship items as described. Their auctions are manipulated . Not reliable company!
