Not the best after sale customer service. Got a burton bag, one trip the bag gets damaged the shop advised me to deal with the airline rather than using the bags guarantee

Really unfriendly. They sold us shoes without box, when we tried to change them (same day) they didn't let us because the box was missing!! We also wanted to change the size of a sweater and they didn't change it neither. Customer service from previous century, we won't be back!
