  Switzerland in general, especially tourists who do not have cell phone in Zurich can not access the Wifi, feel as if they are not welcome. Very un-friendly tourism strategy.

  Super helpful staff. If you tell them what you want, they will help make it happen. For the convenience of this service located right in the train station, if it is your first time in Zürich, I can't see any reason not to stop here first, even if you think you know where you are going.

  This is a true information centre. Went here after arriving from Zurich airport by train to refine our Swiss trip. The staff was very friendly and spent considerable time helping us to reserve certain things, refining our plan, giving their suggestions, without even showing an urgency. I wish we had alike tourist information centres every city we visit. Professional staff.
