If you could give 0 stars for customer service, I would have liked to. 1 star for the cool spot.

Apparently sails are only rigged for people whose first names are known to the station. Others are allowed to get changed, but previously existing sail sizes have suddenly disappeared. After the station employee then turns 3-4 laps around you, trying to look as busy as possible and ignoring you completely, when you ask for a smaller sail you are only told that you will not get on plane with it and the customer conversation is ended. You can then retreat in neoprene and trapeze.

It's a shame, the wind would have been great.
