Very professional service. We were hard pressed for time to sort and get ready all my sister and I wanted to move overseas and withing six days, all was organized, packed professionally and off our hands. I can only say that their service was outstanding from start to finish. All has arrived in mint condition.

have used the company for transport moving from Switzerland to Dubai. the company acts with high professional level, helped me in organization the process, supported with boxes and scotch. from Switzerland the cargo was loaded to the warehouse, waiting when the shipping line presents a vessel for loading. it took me abt 1,5 month to receive the cargo in Dubai. the separate and great thank to the company "Interem" who was the representative in Dubai for discharging and delivery the cargo to my apartment. the 'team' brought quickly all boxes and furniture, assemble the furniture, clean the area after themselves and pick up all empty boxes. for price level , as for me , it was high.

Welti-Furrer has exceeded my expectations. They have handled my relocation with professionalism and were always very friendly and happy to assist with anything required during this process. All of my household goods (including an MC) were safely and timely transported without any issues. Would certainly recommend them or ask for their assistance if needed in future.

We have moved internationally (UK-Switzerland) with them - organized by our employer. They were the most expensive ones among the ones we got offers from. We have never seen such bad work before. They managed to damaged 90% of our furniture. Their excuse was they would only cover furniture with blankets and not boxes (which no one expects and if you do so you need to protect everything so well that it survives the move without scratches etc.). But not only did they not properly pack out things, they were neither able to reassemble the furniture. Welti Furrer together with GB Liners were in the end not even willing to fully pay for all the damage as a bed which was in perfect condition before the move and then had missing screws, was damaged with dents and scratches on every single side would still be ok to sleep in.
We would definitely not recommend this company. From A to Z a disaster - from packers to managers.response / report this review -

I recently had to move my appartment and decided to work with Welti-Furrer. I could not be happier with this decision.
The good advice, communication, reliability, punctuality, care with which my furniture was treated and the professionalism of the moving staff have led to an all-round positive customer experience. 10/10 points for this great service.

Offerte war 8'500.- für unser Umzug. Rechnung kämm plötzlich auf knapp 16'000.-. Sehr un-professionelle, Welti Furrer ist kein seriös Adresse. Leider haben wir das zu späte bemerkt.
Update: nach einer zeit lang hat Welti Furrer in gegen gekommen sodas wir nicht viel mehr als Offerte Preis bezahlen muss. Trotzdem war die ganze Erfahrung sehr mühsam und unangenehm.response / report this review -
