  Staff was excellent, and showed us different rooms to choose from, as we were "walk-ins" without a reservation. rooms and facilities on point.
  Felt welcomed, and had a wonderful stay. An incredible place.

  Service is perfect.
  The spa facilities from beautiful. There are 3 pools. One natural one, which I didn't use as it was 18°C. The other two pools floor tiles are a black / grey stone, which are slightly rough which gives you good grip when moving around the pool. The hotel is going to be renovated in the autumn and you can see that some things are a bit tired, but it is a very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in.
  One thing we were most impressed with, was that we went to get the chairlift up from the village and the cashier asked us where we are staying and she told us that Waldhaus have special tickets that are much cheaper. So we phoned up the hotel and within about 15 minutes they arrived with our tickets and a bottle of water each!! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

  What an amazing place!!! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. We had to come back after our first stay because it was just great!!!
