Nice and elegant Italian restaurant downtown Thun, installed in a building which was before the City orphanage ("Waisenhaus" in German). The food is excellent, adapted to the season and nicely presented. The service is nice, professional, rapid and smiling, all of them speak quite well English. Special mention for the asparagus Milanese-style (with Parmesan and a fried egg) and the asparagus ravioli. A very nice discovery I will certainly visit again.

I reserved a table for 4 persons. As we arrived there, we were seated at a tiny table for 2 persons. The waitor told us it is our fault! That was pretty naughty of him! The food was mediocre for the high price. The wine we ordered was pretty good. The location near the river Aare is nice. Overall I would not rate more than 3 stars.
