  The price on booking was 10 CHF less than the price offered directly at the reception so we left. The interior seems much nicer than exterior. At the end we stayed at holiday in express hotel which is 30 min away, much more modern and 20 CHF cheaper than this!

  Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly enough. First room they gave us was one that had not yet been cleaned. They apologized and corrected their mistake though.

  Very clean, great service, however, I’m giving it 3 stars, because it was too hard for me to get a decent sleep with the extremely loud noise of the bells ringing coming from the next door church.

  There are a lot of cool thing provided in the room, like the stereo system, bottle of water, hair dryer, etc. There is just one thing that bothers me for the second time already: there is no adapter for the European plugs in the room. So every time I have to go to the reception desk and ask for it. I live in France and all my devices have the European plugs. So it would be great to have an adapter in the room. If it is not a problem to equip every room with a bible, then the plug adapter should not be a problem as well.
  
  Also please provide filter coffee for the breakfast along with the automatic coffee maker. The filter coffee is cheap, but I prefer this one over the automatic coffee machine.

  Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Steaks haben eine Top-Qualität, allerdings entspricht der Service leider absolut nicht den Preisen.

  Mi sono trovato davvero bene presso l'Albergo Villmergen Swiss Quality Hotel, camera eccezionale, pulita e confortevole, servizio ineccepibile. Consiglierei questo albergo ad amici e parenti. Grazie di tutto.
