Wonderful hotel with unique Jazz-styled rooms. But hotel staff mixed my reservation and could not handlle it well so overall only 4 starts. Be sure to checkout Mariens Jazz club if you want to attend cosy Jazz concert.

We walked in with no reservation, only armed with online prices (the best rates are offered through the hotel itself). Reception were friendly, and accomodating. Staff were still cleaning the room but that was fine because we had not eaten lunch. We got passes for unlimited travel for the duration of our stay (as per normal for Switzerland), wifi access, and free parking. The room itself was large, had features like heated flooring and towel racks in the bathroom, complimentary water and fruit. I wish we could have stayed longer. Their buffet breakfast features boiled eggs, muesli/cereal, bread, cheeses, cold cuts, various spreads, juices, tea, coffee, chocolate drink. For me, I would not participate again because I prefer a hot breakfast which doesn't seem to be common in Switzerland.

A very nice hotel with a famous Jazz club in the basement. If you love music, you have to come here.

Nice and spacious room. Dinner is good. Not perfectly quite in the morning because very close to road. Overall should have got 4 star.

However, there was a wedding going on last night here. People so laud right outside in the garden until 12:20am at night! And making laud noise when they left maybe at 2am at night. Management should make effort for quite at least after 11pm. Such noise is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
