A small but comfortable hotel, with a restaurant and a bar, catering mainly for skiers, providing continental buffet breakfast and dinner, with a skis storage and heated ski boots room. A small mixed sauna allow skiers to relax after skiing for the day. Bus number 14 running on a fixed schedule, with a stop right next to the hotel, takes skiers to the Flims base station and back.
One thing very special with this hotel that I would to mention: Besides the buffet breakfast that is included in their package, they also provide free lunch at breakfast time, supplying sandwich bags for hotel guests to pack what they like for lunch, which is something unheard of in any other hotel in the world.response / report this review -

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen Schimmel im Bad das Personal isst im gleichen Raum wie die Gäste geht gar nicht so ein Verhalten.

When we arrived for our two night stay at hotel surpunt we noticed the tiny parking lot had 2 buses blocking most of the lot and we had nowhere to park. So we went inside to ask about our free parking space then we were informed by the immediately rude woman at the desk that our space is being taken by a bus driver who has been staying in our room hours past checkout time. We arrived very late after snowboarding all day. It was dark out and was about 6-7 p.m. and we're being told our room is still not ready when the check in was suppose to be 3 p.m. ridiculous. So the room is finally ready to be checked into. We go in to see a tiny room. (The trick photography makes the rooms look nearly twice as large as in reality) we booked just after Christmas so it was very cold and our heat was not working but luckily we brought extra blankets. But that shouldn't have been necessary. Next we are laying down to go to bed when we realise once we were quiet you can hear nearly every word spoken in the room next door. The paper thin walls made sleep very difficult. All in all the hotel is a very cheap and poorly ran facility and the workers there do not make you feel welcome at all. I do plan on returning but will pay the extra money to get a hotel that is not named surpunt.

We have just got back from Flims and can find no fault with Hotel Surpunt. The bedrooms were clean, the food was very good and the staff could not do enough for you. Switzerland is expensive but we went with National Travel and the entire holiday was most reasonable. Free bar each evening and packed lunches for our days out. A fantastic experience.
