Because of a printer problem, I contacted Teachware with a location very close to me. Mr Schenk took my call and immediately responded to my request without any ifs or buts and logged into my screen via remote maintenance. He quickly found out that an on-site mission was necessary and was at my door less than 15 minutes later. Mr. Schenk quickly realized that my printer was no longer working. After buying a new printer, he also spontaneously helped me to set the configuration correctly so that all printer functions were available.
I appreciate the spontaneous, quick availability, discreet and competent way of solving problems and very fair billing, which is why I can recommend Teachware in all matters with a clear conscience and am happy to have access to a good address in an emergency.
