Worse service ever and password can’t be reset , new account very complicated almost not possible to complete. In a digital world everyone is reducing paper they request paper to be sent over post.

Verfication of Wildcard-Certificate buggy.
CAA verification not RFC-conform.
Private key can not be reused (retry of certification process, keyPinning)
And worst of all: No answer on trouble Tickets, spent hours listening to music on helpdesk phone call without a pickup.
