Long wait times, complicated procedures (like the interior decor of the store) and then unsatisfactory services. When - not if - something goes wrong, you cannot call, you need to go there again and wait and watch how four reps service two customers.
And they store your picture to recognise (I should say remember) you when after 30 minutes you are greeted.
The staff is very friendly though and makes up for much of the trouble of Swisscom.response / report this review
