The room and the service is very nice.the peroson at reception is very helpful.i would surely suggest this hotel to my friends who are coming here.

Lovely, helpful staff. Clean, modern hotel. Beautiful, serene lakeside location. Unbearably loud bar in the basement 😣
In my 3rd (top) floor room I had to keep the windows shut - a problem in July without a/c - to try to damp the noise. It's a Thursday night and they had a (poor) band blaring away in the bar, out through the terrace doors and up to my room. I asked but they had no quieter rooms to move me to. The band shut down about midnight but I can still hear the cheery bar patrons happily shouting away as it approaches 1am. Far too loud to sleep. It's a real shame, this is an otherwise nice hotel.response / report this review -

It is extremely loud in the rooms. My friends were constantly changing them. I just encountered 4 almost sleepless nights. The service in restaurant is at least on questionable level. Waiters are constantly forgetting the orders. They mostly speak only German. One of the stuff ladies in the restaurant is extremely impolite. First time in my life I've seen that the waitress slaps customer on the wrist! Poor breakfasts, always with the same very limited set (4 days in a row) and no vegetables.

Hard beds, below average food. The heater is always at maximum and can't be set to a lower level. Stylish rooms though and very friendly personnel.

Very comfortable hotel. The best choice for your business conferences. Very easy to get from Zurich airport. Nice rooms. Very clean. Free fresh water and coffee in the room. Plug-adaptors are available (they have a great varity of them) ). And you can stay here even with your pets!!! I do recommend it!!!

Great location. Totally serene environment. Great for relaxing in peace. The Unterageri lake is a treat for the eyes and is just a short walk away. Professional staff, good housekeeping and everything that a business hotel must have.
Wifi is very poor in rooms at rear and the restaurant serves same menu in breakfast everyday. Although the breakfast is free for all guests (included in room booking).response / report this review -
