Wow, what a great, relaxing hotel. Fantastic new spa, and top quality attentive staff as well top cuisine and wines!

I booked 6 rooms for the night of 21st October and a table of 11 people at the big restaurant for my 75th Birthday celebration. The rooms as well as the dinner were perfect. Everybody enjoyed your hotel and its dreamy situation.

We had a wedding party and stayed in total 4 nights with 4 people. We liked very much the welcoming, friendly and helpful staff.
A special word is for the man who was in charge of the party. He steered and controlled his team quietly, with determination and was all over present (the day before with the preparations, and the day of the party the whole day and night)response / report this review -

This was our 6th. stay in this hotel which speaks for itself. We first stayed there in July 2010 and have returned most years since then. We have stayed in many other hotels in Switzerland in different areas over the past 30 years but find the Waldstatterhof to be the best of them all. The hotel is perfectly located on the lake side and very convenient for lake boats and the main line railway station allowing easy access to many parts of the country.
The hotel has a comfortable feel about it, elegantly decorated with great room space. The food (half board) can only be described as excellent and beautifully presented. We have always found all staff from managers to table waiters to be most helpful and friendly. Although we do not participate in many of the other services provided by the hotel, we have no doubt they will also be very good.

We had one of our best stays ever at this hotel. Not only is the setting exquisite but the staff really know what they are doing. You feel really well taken care of but without any fuss.

Good hotel. Great location overlooking the Vierwaldstāttersee. Wi-Fi is reliable up to 28 Mbit/sec. Parking is free on-site of the hotel. Breakfast is OK. I like the free of charge coffee & tea corner with fruits all available 24 hours.

We just wanted to have a nice lunch during sunny day on Sunday. The view is great but service is the worst that have ever experienced. We came before 14h, 15 min later we were given menu cards, 15 min later we were able to finally make an order, it took 20 mins to bring us one salad and inform that 2 oder dishes are unfortunately not available. We had to change our order and wait another 30 min. Hot chicken was served cold Not recommended at all for lunch!
