We had a family lunch in the restaurant during a beautiful sunny autumn day. Great location with stunning views but unfortunately we did not have a good experience either with food or service. It took a long time to get the food and when it finally arrived we did not get what we ordered due to service mix up, the food was cold and not well prepared. Big disappointment topped with a high bill.

Wonderful view of the lake with cooling lake breezes through the whole day. Excellent food and service in the restaurant and hotel. On very hot days the buildings can get alittle warm and do not have air conditioning.

The Hotel is nice and clean also the staff is helpful but their is a negative point that the rooms do not have air conditioning so the gest will have the option of opening the windows and the door of the balcony and this will cause the entry of insects and cigarette smoke from the coffee shop below the rooms.

La situation de cet établissement est idéale directement au bord du lac.
La decoration est un peu vieillissante mais les baies vitrées et la vue sur le lac et les alpes est magnifique en toute saison.
La carte est relativement simple, avec des variations de saison mais les plats sont toujours bons et très copieusement servis.
Le service est efficace et attentionné.
Le rapport qualité-prix est tout a fait acceptable.
De plus il y a un parking privé devant le restaurant donc aucun problème pour se garer.response / report this review -

The Hotel is very old! The only excellent thing was the view on the lake of geneva and the Mont Blanc.
The Dinner was like in a 2 Star Hotel and the Service as well.
I can not recomment this hotel at all.response / report this review
