"Gut gelaunt" ?! Rather "Schlecht Gelaunt"!
Well I happen to go this kind of restaurant for having dessert after a delicious and filling dinner. As the German words say "gut gelaunt" (feel good) I expected honestly a restaurant/ a café in which you would feel good; but quite the opposite happened. I suggest them to rename them to "schlecht gelaunt" (feel bad) since this is more fitting.
The elderly waitress would be very unfriendly with us. Since there was a big choice of flavour of ice cream in this restaurant, my friend asked to try a little spoon of a certain ice cream flavour which she gave us. Well I tried and I liked it, but my friend did not. So I took it and my friend not. The elderly woman would go saying that there's a rule that "you have to buy the ice cream if you try" and trying to force my friend to buy it. After a discussion she said she'd make an exception. I think you should be able to try to a little spoon without being forced of buying it.
But yeah unfortunately this wasn't even the end of the bad experience. After settling down at the table the elderly woman would come back and ask my friend if she wanted to consume anything. She provided the menu card to my friend. Since my friend is a vegan it is at times hard to find something which is vegan and which you like. Unfortunately my friend didn't find anything that fitted her taste so she did not take anything. The elderly waitress forced her to buy a thing according to the rule "that everyone has to consume at least something". If she'd fail to do so, she had to leave. So that elderly woman forced my friend to leave which of course would lead to the fact that I had to leave as well although I did consume an ice cream. And so I had to consume my ice cream in rainy wheater outside.
I can understand that you can have a really bad day, but I have never been treated this bad in restaurants in my entire life. I literally felt like she let all her anger and frustration out at us, that she has had for so long inside of her.
If you do not want to have such an bad experience, I strongly recommend to look out other places which have a much better service and staff.response / report this review -

We waited for 45 mins for this pancake burger because they said they have to make it fresh. It came finally because we had to leave in 10 mins. The taste was strange, and obviously overcookednot recommended at all!

The worst personnel I ever met. Not only did not react to a (initially) minor complaint about the drink, but then screamed, took away my phone and insulted me physically. Would even go to a police, but decided not to waist time. My boyfriend talked to them later and the person not involved in this situation apologized and gave the money back, the other person that was involved and insulting - did not even show up. Was on a "break".
They should do serious checks before they hire someone. This is not Africa. This is Switzerland.response / report this review
