This rating is for the restaurant, no experience with hotel.

Tasty, healthy menu options. Decent value on main street in Davos. Nice views. Very friendly and caring service. New master chef very customer focused. Lot's of expertise with craft beers and matching them with meals.

Gut gelegen im Zentrum, nettes Personal. Zimmer sauber und in Ordnung, wenn auch sicher nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Preis/Leistung mit ca. CHF 150 pro Person (nicht Zimmer) für mich aber überteuert.

Pro: Location is great.

Con: hotel lacks charm, the parking lot may not be accessible if you don't have four wheel drive and in slippery conditions even if you do, and lots of stuff is broken.

There was nowhere for us to park without taking the Thule roof box off of our car. The front entrance to the garage is broken and the back is a steep, muddy ramp that leads to an entrance barely wide enough to get through.

Service the first night at the restaurant was terrible (took over an hour to get food and when it came one plate was missing and two were undercooked chicken) but has been much better since.

One night we didn't have hot water. I informed the staff and they are busy repairing it. Luckily we noticed when we did. 10 minutes later reception would be closed and we couldn't have reported it until 7am.

We weren't so lucky the next day when we discovered the lack of hot water for a second time upon waking up.

Overall nice Hotel, some minor flaws but a very friendly multilingual staff and a nice view from most rooms!

כל החדרים ללא עישון. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. דברתי עם אורחים במלון שהם אוכלים ארוחת ערב והם אמרו שהארוחה מצויינת.. חדרים גדולים עם קיצ'ינט. גם ליחיד וגם זוגי. קרוב מאוד למרכז. שרות בקבלה מאוד נחמדים. מקשיבים ועוזרים. אני ממליץ בחום על מלון זה.
