Sehr schöner, gepflegter Campingplatz. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und sehr sympathische Gastgeber und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir schätzen das feine Frühstück, welches wir an der Bar kaufen können, ohne den Camping zu verlassen. Für die Nachtruhe und Sicherheit ist gesorgt. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zum Camping Riposo Losone!!!

Great place to stay. really well looked after. We had a huge thunder/hail storm one of the days we were there and the owner went out of his way to get our gear dry and usable again for us. Will definitely be using this one any time I'm in the area. I'd give it 10 stars if i could

Really nice campsite with amazing views. Owner couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. We were a big group and he was very accommodating. We had a big storm one day while we were out and one of tents collapsed. The owner offered us the use of one of his teepees free of charge for the people in that tent. Would stay again.

Empfehlenswerter Campingplatz um sein Zelt aufzuschlagen!
Sind vor ein paar Jahren vor Ort auf der Suche nach einem Campingplatz drauf gestoßen. Alle anderen Plätze waren belegt und so kam es, dass wir zufällig diesen fanden. Es stellte sich obendrein heraus, dass es auch der preiswerteste in der Region war. 😎
Die Anlage war einfach ausgestattet, aber absolut in Ordnung. Die sanitären Anlagen waren gut und sauber.
Auf dem Platz herrschte eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Ich kann den Zeltplatz nur empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wieder hin reisen!

Accueil chaleureux, terrain sympathique malgré les cailloux pour les sardines et l'accumulation de l'eau. Prestations très correct pour le prix payé, malgré un nombre de douches camping un peu justes (2 par sexe). WiFi inclus.

Very nice place and friendly staff!
I stayed there for 1 week at the end of August this year. One of my best vacations ever. The camping place is surrounded by nature and a nice nearby river where to swim and cool down during the hot summers.
At night it was always quiet and I felt very safe thanks to the security.

I'm coming back for sure!

We stayed at CAMPEGGIO-OSTERIA RIPOSO one night, after travelling in the Verzasca Valley, and on the next day continued to Maggia Valley.
This family run hostel located few bus stops from Locarno and not far from the bus station Caserma. The place is very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.
We stayed in the dorm, which despite of many beds it felt roomy.
Good value for the price (which is quite low for Switzerland). It's possible to buy a beer in the evening and a great coffee in the morning (and probably more options that we didn't try).
We can recommend this place for people who love travelling, meeting people but have a limited budget, or prefer to spend the money on something else, as Bungee jump from Verzasca dam (220m – highest in the world).
