I have recently adopted a puppy and My Stetho team (specially Dr. Bianca) has been here patiently for all the questions I might have had in the past months. Frida, my cocker spaniel loves going there. We are always well received and the team is really caring, professional, supporting and attentive. They handled every Frida "problem" very well and I highly recommend their expertise. On the plus side taking appointements is very easy and timings are respected. They also have a large selection of treats and well curated products that makes it hard to leave empty handed :)

I have started with m vet since I got my cat , I vaccinated and neutered my cat everything was ok , after that my cat developed an allergy when I got back there the vet made the exams needed, gave correctly the medicine advised to my cat, my cat still suffers from the allergy, and when I was asking what is the issue the vet she does not give me a proper answer why , I mean seriously we live in 2022 and I know some people who s cat developed the same allergy and they were healing properly.
I don't recommend this vet if you re pet is sick .response / report this review -

It is very nice clinic, very helped us when we just arrived in Geneva, to register, checked both our dog and cat. Stuff speaks different languages and have two places, both near the centre.

Be careful. The priced that they show online are never the ones that you pay in the end! And they are quite messy in the processes.
For example, if you vaccine your kitten, you have to double the price that is shown online, because the kitten needs two shots. But they never tell you this (I even asked in an email). They even tried to make me give the cat 4 dose of different vaccines, when actually it was not needed.
The sterilization price only covers part of it, the actual bill is nearly double!!
On the positive note, the doctors are very nice and caring with your animal.response / report this review -

Super friendly staff ! I got an appointment very quickly!!!They are great and my little Alain was super relaxed and at ease even when he is a super shy cat ! Many thanks for taking care of him!Stephanie
