Great shop; very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a great experience with my family last winter. Was no problem to let my daughter change her skis after a few days as she improved.

It is a great shop for skiers, they carry the best equipment available. Nick, the owner is a great bootfitter and will fit you the outstanding intuition liners. Like most shops in Verbier it is very expensive though.

J'ai fait régler me mes chaussures de randonné. Je ne croyait presque pas que ça sera possible mais après 6 h de marche je suis convaincu de leur service. Extra.

Basically, the skis didn't fit the boots. When we brought them back, they adjusted the skis to fit tv boots, which didn't fix the problem. I'd recommend going elsewhere in verbier - there's lots of rental places that are more careful.

I had a bike pedal that broke and I brought my mtn bike down to Mountain Air, because they're location is very convenient. The guy I dealt with was Jason. Extremely helpful, and after giving me a variety of options, it was decided that the bike should stay with Mountain Air until it could be fixed. For one reason or another, the part was not available, after a few weeks it appeared that part wasn't going to be available, they simply replace the entire crank - charged me a very reasonable rate. I even brought my sons scooter in because it wasn't working, gave it to Jason, he fixed it better than new, and included it in the service. The good news for Moutain air is that I'm a local, and I'll be for certain bringing in all of my bike business to them, and anyone that asks, I'll be sending them their way. Thanks for the great work and service!

Rental staff was really helpful with our group trip to Verbier - very well prepared to handle a large group of demanding clients at one time. Also very quick to respond to any follow-up and changes required during our stay. 5-Stars for Mountain Air!
