Came to the restaurant to drink caffee on terrace. Slow service, misheard our order and let us pay for the wrong drink.

Most luxurious hotel in Crans Montana. Ski in / ski out. Fireplace in your room. Indoor / outdoor pool. Great breakfast with stunning view of mountains

I was fortunate enough to attend a function hosted here. I do not reside in Europe. The views were spectacular, the food was phenomenal (I cannot rave enough about the food) and best of all there was snow. I had a memorable experience and crossing fingers so I can go back and stay at the hotel.

First time we went there in 2010 and this 2016 year again. I love this place, first of all coz of the view and decoration is very cosy, and second is that ski slop in 100-150 m distance behind the forest. Very convenient, but take a map while going to ski for not to miss a correct way back to the hotel straight from the slop!
