no judgment with food because I failed to finish my order. One waiter treat us rude before he understand my words, his sense of priority of living in Swiss made me uncomfortable. Especially the Words he spoke with his colleagues but unfortunately I can understand the Deutsch. That was my last night in Swiss and he ruined my travel. it makes me feel pity to meet with such person in Swiss, anyone else I met was so kind and with good English.

We were in the restaurant a couple days ago.. As the long line of people waiting to get in was shepherded in for dinner, the maitre d made a derogatory remark about Americans that all could hear. He was downright rude and abrupt to us as he sat us down. Our waitress noticed this and attempted to compensate for his behavior. I want him to know that he should not think all Americans are the same, and if he does not, we will not think that all Swiss are like him. He should be ashamed of how he acted. He ruined our dinner from the get go. In hindsight, we should have turned around and left.

Terrific Fondue! The service was absolutely amazing, and our waitress was very friendly and humorous. The food tasted absolutely amazing. I go to Zurich twice a year, and come here every time! Extremely recommended! Le Dézaley is truly the best restaurant I have ever been to! A definite 5 star review.

Great restaurant! First time trying fondue in Switzerland and it was amazing! I do wish they had a few more options to go along with the fondue, but simple isn't bad either. Overall a positive experience.

Went there with my girlfriend, the fondue we shared was incredible! Such a fantastic experience! The waiter was very friendly and recommended a fantastic wine we both enjoyed. Once we got the bill we realized we were charged for 2 fondues even though we ordered 1 and 1 was more than enough. Left the restaurant with an empty wallet and a sour taste in our mouths. From the looks of other reviews they are notorious for scamming people into paying more than they asked for. Same feeling from everywhere in Zurich.

Went for a team dinner and we were all so happy with such a great selection of food and the very nice fondue options! Food was good and the cherry on the cake was the friendliness. Thank you so much to the staff for making our evening so pleasant, we truly felt well taken care of!

The guide of the free walking tour recommended this place for me. I liked it a lot. It is very traditional place with yummy food and friendly staff. Go there to get swiss food!!

Excellent fondue, and what I liked the most is the excellent service we received despite the fact we were a big group of 14 people. Would definitely recommend it for groups. I saw as well smaller rooms for more intimate atmosphere
