Hotel is nice, but it does lack air conditioning and the rooms are really stuffy at night. Mattress is very firm too which is not my preference, but staff is friendly and the room is very clean. The restaurant serves a menu that is heavily targeted to the wild game eater too. Again, not my preference, but the dishes are well prepared and tasty.

This hotel deserves 5 stars and also at least one Michelin star in their restaurant. A truly cozy little hotel offering extremely warm and passionate service- the best i experienced during my visit to Switzerland. The hotel has everything you need, including a comfy bed, gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, an excellent restaurant (the best in the area) and perfect spa! Don't hesitate in booking your stay here.

The room was nice and clean BUT there is no air condition and you can’t open the balcony doors unless you like to be surround with flies. Another issues in our room was the humble flow of hot water in the bathroom.

Restaurant is good too, but we suffered from those flies all the time.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The wellness part is great and the spa treatments were awesome! We loved the stampmassage by permanent contour 💖 the cuisine was excellent 👍🏻 big compliment to the chef of cuisine and to the lovely service team!
A big thank you for giving us a very relaxing and wonderful weekend!

Really fantastic hotel. Room was clean and nicely arranged, SPA is very modern and comfortable. What is most important people were very nice and helpful, and the six course dinner was really amazing.
