Always good authentic swiss food in the heart of downtown Bern. Trying their icetea is a must.

A great restaurant with Swiss classics like fondue, rösti, meat and cheese plates and Swiss wines. My favourite dish is the vegetable rösti which has been the best rösti I've had anywhere each of the 5 or 6 times I've had it. The large range of Swiss wines and Swiss meats and cheese also makes this a great destination for a real Swiss apero.

We came here in September for fondue. Had the large meal with comes with salad, cured meats and a bottle of wine and it was the perfect amount. Fondue was very tasty and the salads they made we're great. Go early or get a reservation as it gets busy.

My family enjoyed the fondue. They said it was the best they've had. I had a salad and the roast beef. They were OK.

you get quite a heap of food for your buck. however it's very standard fare, presented carelessly. atmosphere is usually crowded and loud.
kudos to the place for showcasing all swiss wines!

Excellent price/value. Been coming back here for years. On weekend nights really busy and loud. Service suffers at times but overall always a fun place to be

Cheese galore! Portions very generous and service friendly and helpful. Food presentation could be better.

Always very crowded and alive. Serves very nice and traditional food. Be aware that the portions are quite big. This restaurant is a magnet for tourists, which shouldn't mean not to visit it.

(July 2016) Pretty popular place for eating out. I tried the moitié-moitié (half and half) fondue with friends. Definitely fast for a few extra hours before attempting to eat fondue. They accept reservations, and it can get pretty busy. It has a friendly feel. Pretty nice indoors. If I remember correctly they had English menu.
