We can only recommend Delonghi in Baar. We brought our Delonghi coffee machine, which was no longer working, and it was inspected and repaired on site. The staff was very friendly, both on the phone and in the shop. Help was straightforward and prompt, we can only recommend a visit, great service.

World class service! Even though we didn't buy our Kenwood Chef in the shop, the nice woman got me going with our most popular kitchen utensil right there and bought me a coffee.

Really great service!
Quick and competent information by phone. Due to a defect in the machine, I then brought the coffee machine to Baar. I was also given very competent, professional and cordial advice on site. Since we use the coffee machine in the company, we even received a replacement machine. That's what I call service!

I have a 20-year old experience from Kenwood apparates and I have always been most satisfied with them. I still use many of them but some are so old that they start giving up their services. I would always buy Kenwood not because they are designed beautifully but technically and as quality they are just superb.
