I had very bad experiences with this store. The young woman cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly with me. Just because I don’t speak Swiss German? She made the mistake as she didn’t want to listen my explanation for what I wanted to buy and refused to correct the purchase. The male staff at the other side offered the re-purchases for what I need. At the same time, I didn’t bring my family member card and the woman cashier even didn’t let me to find it over the system in order to get rewards. No wonder my swiss local friends even don’t want to shop there anymore. We buy things from there and get their anger packed away with us.
The store is fully loaded with high quality products.
The only and BIG minus is:
Workers are very impatience and non of them speaks English
Espansive, but with all you need for a quick bricolage jpb
For the size of it. It has good options and the main things you would need. Always found what I needed here, helpful staff too
Not a big store. Lack of variety of products. Better to vosit Jumbo Dietlikon.
Great shop. Everything you need for a good price.
Fully packed store! But you usually find what you are looking for. Just plan enough time.
Average
This Jumbo compact has a convenient central location and an OK selection of rudimentary DIY/garden supplies, but the staff is not exactly friendly. Back to the basics, don't expect more.
Very impressive garden selection for such a small Jumbo in the middle of Zürich. It also covers the basic diy needs, but if you need something special, maybe look somewhere else.
Good selection & location for a DIY shop. Stuff always willing to help out and prices are reasonable!
Good prices, a lot stuff for tinkering, home, bike, car etc.
A good DYI shop that sells pretty much everything.
They have a decent selection of hardware including paints, tools, glues, electrical devices and car accessories. The shop is quite close to the train station.
