  Très bon travail tands que ca va comme l'esthéticienne le veux. Je me suis fais remettre a l ordre car j ai eu le malheur et pas le choix de me raser !!!!

  I would not recommend this place to anyone.
  
  From the moment I arrived I was treated like a 2nd class citizen as I am not Swiss. The Spanish girl who was supposed to do my treatment was abrupt with me on arrival - I later saw her speaking very fawningly to a Swiss lady - enough said.
  
  The Spanish girl who was supposed to do my pedicure was rude, and very moody.
  
  I have a bad back and found the chair very uncomfortable. Because of this, I could not lift my leg high enough to for the girl to do my treatment. She became even more annoyed and rude to me even though I explained that I have a bad back and that to lift my leg that high was causing me pain in my hip.
  
  They also wanted to do my treatment back to front, ie take off the semi permanent gel, re do the gel and then do the pedicure even though I had specifically requested them not to do this.
  
  I then got up to leave as I was getting very upset and felt very insulted and unwelcome.
  
  Other staff members tried to make excuses for the rude Spanish girl. They persuaded me to stay and said they had rearranged things so that the treatment could take place as I wished and had booked.
  
  In the end, she took off the gel. She also then hurt me very much physically because she filed the underneath of my feet very hard with the file and made me call out in pain. She just carried on. Then when she was filing my nails, she moved the file back and forth so violently that again I cried out in pain. She also made my nails much too short and they look horrible. The soles of my feet still hurt and are sore to walk on 2 days later. The girl who re did the gel, called Elodie, was very very kind to me. I am delighted with her work. She was polite and respectful to me.
  
  Unless you are a masochist, I would not go here for a pedicure.

  AMAZING beauty institut. ADVISE IT TO ANYONE. They combined the medical side with the wellness side of the esthetics - that made such a different. The beauticians are really knowledgeable they will advise you the best treatment for the problem you have or a result that you are looking for. They also proposed a consult with the dermatologist for really specific skin issue.
  So definitely worth the prices (which is a little more expensive than the other only beauty Institut) not only you pay for a moment to relax but it also provide real benefits.
