  My family and I booked two nights in this hotel.. Everything was perfect for us we did not face any issues. Someone in below comment mentioned a noisy club but I did not here any noise from any club.

  The hotel is just great.
  It is located right on Lake Lugano.
  Within a walking distance from Lugano's best parts and center.
  Place is very quiet and the crew is helpful and friendly.
  Parking on the street needs no payment 19:00 to 7:00 working days and it is 1 frank an hour.
  If you get up in time and have a lake view room you can enjoy a great sunrise over Lake Lugano.

  A little bit dated, but excellent staff and a great location. Rooms were charming, old school. Can tell the place has character. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If you can, get a water-facing view. The lake and mountains are amazing!

  The room and the bathroom are not clean very well,but the view to the lake is very nice.Hotel has to be turn dawn and rebuild again.
