A great And relaxing place to either be centrally located and be able to walk to the town or to be quiet and enjoy the beautiful views from the Lake below. The staff is very tentative and they are very responsive to all the request made. They are truly a reflection of what this hotel is "a real hidden jewel" Staying at so called 5 star hotels and not having a view. This hotel offers great views and a perfect location when using the public transportation it's next to the train station and on top of a Lake a dream for many and I am living it🇨🇦

Except for the location, this place is disastrous. We have slept one night in here and want it to try the restaurant since they say it is a Michelin guide one. I've rarely seen worse service and quality of food for a while for such type of restaurant. We had gnochi and raviolli which were equal to the ones you can buy in the supermarket and cook them at home directly in the microwave. Also we ordered a bottle of wine which was above medium for the price but no one bothered to keep our glass filled during our dining. Same for desert, we had to ask if they have any menu for it. Never ever again, 0 stars from me.
