My family and I have been visiting at this hotel every time we're in the area since the 1990's. Family-run hotel with true Swiss hospitality including very friendly staff, excellent food and super clean. Hotel Hemmi is close to many hiking and ski trails (depending on season) and most summers you get a free cable railway card to ride all the aerial transportation methods in the area for free.

Best food in the area and very friendly staff! Recommend the lamb with pepper sauce, fries and a lot of fresh veggies.

This is a really nice and FRIENDLY hotel with very comfortable rooms. The restaurant serves delicious food!!! Family owned and run. If you are traveling to Churwalden, this is the place to stay.
