Great hotel in a superb central location next to the station. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurants. If you're travelling with a bigger family, the suits are really worth the extra money. I know it's Gstaad, I know it's Switzerland but I still thought the rates were a little expensive.

We stayed 3 nights. Rooms are nice. Gstaad is wonderful. But rooms were so overheated that we couldnt sleep (opening windows didn't help: hotel is directly at station & noise from tourist & trucks all night). Worst experience though was service from certain staff member: unfriendly & really rude (but also had lovelely staff - still think that all staff should be friendly and respectful). Would strongly not recommend a stayover in this hotel for any family traveling to gstaad.

Wunderbares Hotel mit absolutem top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Grosszügige, einfach aber schön eingerichtete Zimmer und mehre Top-Restaurants unter einem Dach. Die ganze Crew ist super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. So macht Kurzurlaub spass.

Unangenehme Erfahrung, das Essen ist nicht gut, auch nicht gut Service-Haltung
Empfohlen nicht mit Kinder gehen, weil wenn das Kind weint, dann wird die Mitarbeitern darüber klagen kann.
不太友好的服务。食物也不尽如人意。非常不愉快的经历。带了一个一岁大的孩子有点哭闹，家长已经尽力在哄了，居然还有服务员来抱怨。所谓的肉肠+洋葱汁，不但汁要4元一份，而且味道相当难吃。
Unpleasant experience, the food is not good, not good servic attitude.
Recommended not to bring children to go, because if the child crying, the staff will be complain.response / report this review
