Lovely Hotel. Even if I was in Schaffhausen for a business trip, to stay in the hotel it was a real pleasure. Despite of the old fashioned way, it is very clean, in a quiet area close to the pedestrian park, with a fresh fruits in the room and for each breakfast. Towels changed in every day and the sheets arranged every time. Very polite employees who speaks several languages. A lot of flowers surround us.

I visited the place during 2008 and enjoyed the place. My Inlaws stayed there for few months! The building is lovely traditional styled and the owner is very kind - outstanding service for more than ten years now. Recommended:-)

Stayed one night in this lovely warm and friendly hotel. The manager is extremely personable in a very efficient manner. Our room was so cozy and filled with charming and quality character. Breakfast was BIG and filled with meats, cheese, fresh fruit. Bowl of strawberries greeted us at the door every time we exited or entered hotel. There are different rooms we peeked into to - each with their own individual personality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Great auraleaves one feeling cozy and happy!
