I stayed there a few years back. Hotel was "okay", location was not very good.

But since then twice a year I get letters from. I told them now three times to remove me from their list (as I don't plan to stay there anymore), but although they seem acknowledge my request on the phone, they continue to send ads by mail.

Here's a one star review for that.

Big rooms simple and confortable.
Great pool and fitness.
Top sporty massage. If u got pain in the back its just great.
Very helpful reception.
Graet place for walks you can even take the dog

Hotellage ist super, Service auch.
Negativ sind, vorallem in dem Zimmer wo wir waren, die Klappbetten das Zeug, passt nicht in ein Hotelzimmer, hat geknarrtschlafen konnte man da nicht so wie gewollt!
Der TV sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden so klein und schlechte Qualität kenn ich nur noch aus meiner Kindheit!

Terrible service (lack of hospitality and cordiality). The hotel is not in St. Moritz actually but in Champfer (3 km away) and the buses to get there are not so frequent per hour. Room was outdated and moldy with broken utensils inside (curtains and lamps) and bathroom (shower douche). Breakfast offers a minimal variety if you arrive early (up to 8) most of them are low quality. There is no free wireless internet. Don't recommended: search for another hotel in the area that is better ranked on tripadvisor and don't waste your money on this one.
