nice hotel with a small sauna a little pool and decent breakfast. they have a shuttle you can order that brings you for free to the desired skiarea

Check-in could be better. I booked a room with south view and a balcony and got a north room without balcony :( After complaining they changed the room. After the change, I had a lovely room. Quiet, good bed and bathroom with bathtub. Top.
Same with the food. I booked a double room with dinner included. I invited friends for dinner and in first instance I had to pay all meals. After complaining, the corrected the bill. The food itself was ok and the service was friendly.
So, good food and accommodation, but needs complaining to get what you deserve.response / report this review -

The service was so bad, people so unfriendly. We had to complain many times without anyone seriously taking care of things We unfortunately really can't recommend this place because if anything's not ok - you're on your own!
