Bad hotel, no advice about WC door was was not here and nobody told me this befor i was Inside of my room . dont like this hotel at all

Yesterday, I was in this hotel (Hotel Ambassador Solothurn). It was a kind of nightmare: There was no door between the room and the toilets, the sink of the toilet was clogged and the kettle is dirty like hell. Even in movies, toilets of jail cells have a curtain as separation. No respect to customers!!!!

Terrible service. No clothes closet. Under performing air conditioners. Only one key for guests. Spotty internet service.

Clean, Friendly, close to town. Good value for money and the included breakfast hit the spot! While on bicycle tour, the bike chained up outside was not stolen which was a huge plus too.
